I've abandoned alone

Crying to free their bones
In the ocean of a lifetime
To a rowboat lost at sea
With no partner and no compass
No one aboard but me
Creatures dive from the sky
No honest man escapes
No God left to defy
In the freezing water
In the darkest of days
No sense of destination...
They say, “God won’t lead you
